Cards Against Lucas, SHARMP and DT Docs: Degraded Performance

On 4 March 2020, our server provider will be migrating the software powering Cards Against Lucas, SHARMP and DT Docs to a new server rack due to a physical issue with our server. They have alerted us that they do not expect any downtime, but potential packet loss and degradation in disk performance is expected. They have also told us that downtime could occur if an issue arises during the process. We will update you if more information is released.

We have switched Cards Against Lucas, SHARMP and DT Docs to "Degraded" quality because of this alert and will update this accordingly as we're given more information.

This process will begin on: 2020-03-04 05:15:00 (UTC) and will last until 2020-03-04 13:15:00 (UTC)

Karma Leaderboards Refreshed

We refreshed the Donut Team Karma Leaderboards. As a result, your karma may have fluctuated slightly as we re-calculated more accurate karma scores.

Users who had lower numbers of karma may have been boosted slightly by this update while users with very high karma may have lost a small amount of karma.

External Service Provider Outage

Identified: At approximately 2:00 PM UTC, CloudFlare identified an issue preventing access to many sites using the service, including Donut Team. Multiplayer was unaffected and downtime ran for approximately 27 minutes.

SHARMP Unavailable for 5 days

SHARMP was unavailable from 24 November to 29 November for an unknown issue. This issue was manually reported and was not detected by any logs, which is why it was down for so long.

Status Page: Cards Against Lucas

Identified: Service was online but failed to report to Donut Team the fact it's online. You are able to use it during this time, however it will report it's unavailable.

Resolved: It has been fixed, only took a day and one server restart!

Identified: We're currently running server upgrades for Lucas' Simpsons: Hit & Run Multiplayer and Cards Against Lucas. They may be unavailable or unstable.

Monitoring: We're monitoring the changes we made and will be sure to update you if anything else happens.

Resolved: We're considering this issue resolved for now, however if anything else happens, we'll be sure to update you.

Identified: We're aware of an issue where services are not updating their status correctly. We've identified the cause and will be rolling out software updates to our various services.
